Sedan Waiting Time / All Airports: Once the plane has landed there is no waiting time charge
for the first 45 minutes on domestic flights and 60 minutes on international flights. After that, you will
be charged $18.00 per every 20 minutes.
Stretch & Van Waiting Time / All Airports: Once the plane has landed there is no waiting time
charge for the first 45 minutes on domestic flights and 60 minutes on international flights. After that,
you will be charged $25.00 per every 20 minutes.
Sedan Cancellations* (including Airports): You may cancel a Sedan reservation up to 3 hours
prior to the scheduled pick-up time without penalty. If under 3 hours, you will be charged full price (minus
any tolls or fuel surcharge).
Stretch & Van Cancellations* (including Airports): You may cancel a Stretch or Van
reservation up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time without penalty. If under 48 hours, and you
will be charged 50% of the total charge (minus any tolls or fuel surcharge). If under 24 hours, you will be
charged full price (minus any tolls or fuel surcharge).
No Show / No Call (All Services): At the time of your scheduled pick-up, if you cannot locate
your chauffeur, immediately call our dispatch office at 866-707-4656 or 908-245-0770
and we will locate your driver.
IMPORTANT: If you do not call us and leave the pick-up location, you will be charged full
price including all tolls & fuel surcharge. No Exceptions!
Wedding & Prom Service*: A thirty-three (33%) percent security deposit is required on all
Wedding and Prom reservations. Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the
scheduled event. Within 30 days of the event, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If service is
cancelled 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up, you will charged an additional
seventeen (17%) percent of the total charge. If service is cancelled 24 hours prior to your
scheduled pick-up, you will be required to pay an additional sixty seven (67%) percent of the
total charge.
* Medical emergencies will be prorated at the discretion of Management.
